Hearing Dr. Burch speak about being a dentist sparked my interest in it. I emailed her and asked if I could come into her office for a day. I went and learned so much that I’ve gone every week since then. One particularly memorable experience was when I saw my first extraction. I wasn’t sure how I would react to it, but it is definitely my favorite procedure I have watched so far. I cant thank STHCS enough for opening the door of dentistry for me."

"Southern Tier Health Care System (STHCS) had provided me with an amazing opportunity to learn an in-depth knowledge of both EMS and ER experience. A huge thanks to the wonderful employees of STHCS, the EMT instructors, Trans Am and Olean City I was able to be set on my path towards both nursing and the medical field. After passing my EMT-B exam I was able to get a great job at OGH in the ER as a tech and it has been an amazing start to my career. I am now set on my way to college at JCC majoring in nursing. While I am only in the beginning stages of my career and getting my degree, I am now fully prepared to take on that responsibility.
